Maryland Ceramic and Steatite Company Establish Tape Casting Division

Maryland Ceramic & Steatite Company, Inc. is happy to announce the establishment of a new Tape Casting Division at their facility. Ernest Bianchi, formerly of Richard E. Mistler, Inc., will head up that division and in that capacity will continue to serve the industry by manufacturing custom made tapes from a wide variety of materials.

Maryland Ceramic & Steatite Co., Inc. is a well-established ceramic house, known for its large extrusion and dry pressing business. MC&S has manufactured and produced industrial and technical ceramics since 1926. Their current product line includes steatite and cordierite.

E.L. Dinning, president of MC&S, feels that tape casting is a great marriage with the current product line and he looks forward to working with new customers on any existing or future needs.
