Oxford Instruments Plasma Technology’s newly updated App for iPhone allows the user to look up process chemistries in order to etch or deposit any material through an easy periodic table interface.
It comprises a clear and interactive periodic table of elements, with detailed plasma, ion beam and atomic layer deposition processing information. This periodic table App is free to download and will appeal to a multitude of users from industry and academia. It will be an excellent teaching device that demonstrates individual element properties and electron configurations.
