Delphon Industries announced its acquisition of UltraTape Industries of Salem, Oregon. UltraTape is a manufacturer of adhesive tapes used in cleanroom environments. The acquisition supports Delphon's mission to merge innovative technologies in order to provide unique materials and services to the high technology market.

UltraTape, founded in 1992, manufactures custom cleanroom and construction process tapes in addition to antistatic and medical/pharmaceutical tapes for use in critical environments.
