Bonding plastics parts is increasingly recognized as a major problem in many assembly operations. Master Bond Inc. has developed a comprehensive line of adhesive systems designed to bond plastics to each other and to metals, rubbers, ceramics, glass, etc. Different compounds are available to bond specific plastics such as ABS, acrylics, acetals, polyesters, polyolefins, polyimides, polyphenylene oxide, polystyrene, PVC, nylons and fluropolymers. Industrial Plastic Bonding

Master Bond's line of plastic adhesive products consists of epoxies, polyurethanes, silicones, acrylics and polyamides and also includes such specialties as anaerobics and cyanoacrylates. One and two component systems are available. Systems cure at room temperature, upon exposure to heat and upon exposure to UV light.

Master Bond's range of plastic adhesive products are packaged for ease of use in syringes, bubble packs, cartridges, jars, metal and plastic containers and in drums. For the ultimate in convenience, our two part epoxy systems are even available in premixed and frozen syringes! Any size units can be accommodated from very small to very large.

EP21LV

Two part, room temperature curing epoxy system with a convenient 1:1 mix ratio. Bonds to a wide variety of plastics including ABS, DAP, and Styrene among many others. Easy to apply.

EP30P

Two part, room temperature curing epoxy system with excellent optical transparency. Low viscosity. Bonds extremely well to more sensitive plastics such as polycarbonates and acrylics.

EP62-1 Med

Two part epoxy requiring moderate heat curing (80-120°C). Meets USP Class VI biocompatibility specifications. Superb resistance to repeated autoclaving along with excellent adhesion to high temperature plastics such as Ultem, PEEK, etc.

SUPREME 3HT

One part, oven curing epoxy system with very good adhesion to a wide range of plastics. Especially well suited for bonding dissimilar plastic materials.

X21

One part system that can be used for bonding and priming polyolefinic surfaces, features exceptionally low viscosity.

EP65HT-1 High temperature, fast curing, two part epoxy. Service temperature range of -60°F to 400°F. Meets NASA low outgassing specifications. Good electrical insulator with excellent mechanical properties.
EP51 Two part, general purpose fast setting fast curing epoxy 1:1 mix ratio. Excellent bond strength. Adheres well to metals, plastics, rubbers and glass.
UV10TKLO-2 UV curable, one part system. High optical clarity. NASA low outgassing approved. Superior electrical insulation properties. High bond strength to similar and dissimilar substrates. Exceptional chemical resistance properties.
