FTIR600 Infrared Analysis Microscope Stage

The FTIR600 stage has been modified from Linkam’s best-in-class high-precision THMS600 to enable infrared analysis of samples from −196 °C up to 600 °C, covering all applications from pharmaceutical to polymers on a majority of the benchtop IR microscope systems. Different window materials such as barium fluoride and zinc selenide are available.

The FTIR600 stage can be mounted vertically for cabinet-type IR spectroscopy and horizontally in IR microscopy setups. The silver block has a tapered hole for enabling higher transmittance of infrared rays without any interference.
