BASF Acquire Polyurethane Insulation Manufacturer Foam Enterprises

BASF have acquired Foam Enterprises for an undisclosed amount.

Foam Enterprises are a supplier of polyurethane materials for the spray, pour, froth and moulding markets. These markets serve domestic and commercial insulation applications such as roof and wall insulation, walk-in coolers, insulated building panels, spas, boat floatation etc.

The acquisition is consistent with BASF’s strategy of strengthening its network of polyurethane ‘system houses’ that develop precisely tailored formulations for customers, allowing them to convert raw materials into finished products.
