Eaton Purchase Aerospace Division of Mechanical Products

Eaton Corp have consolidated their position in the aerospace market by purchasing the product lines, machinery, tooling and intellectual property of the Aerospace Division of Mechanical Products for an undisclosed sum.

The newly acquired facilities will be relocated to Eaton’s plant in Sarasota, Florida. This will allow them to consolidate manufacturing and engineering and business operations.

These operations serviced the military, regional jet, business jet and commercial aircraft sectors.
