The conference will start with the session “Policy and Visions”. Speakers from Climate KIC (EU), Covestro (DE), World Council on Industrial Biotechnology (CH), SCOT-Project (NL) and University of Sheffield (UK) will share and discuss their visions with the audience. Additional speakers from the European Commission, Federal Ministry of Education and Research (DE) and the solar industry are invited.
The session “Artificial Photosynthesis & H2 Generation” will show the latest developments in these crucial technologies for CCU. Speakers from Uppsala University (SE) and Evonik (DE) have confirmed their presentations.
On the second day, the session “CO2-based Chemicals & Polymers” will show first implementation of CO2-based polymer production and what’s coming up next. Speakers represent among others Kiverdi (US), Phytonix (US), VITO (BE) and Covestro (DE).
The conference will conclude with a session on “CO2-based Fuels” for aviation and automotive. In the last two years, impressive technological improvements were made and entered the market. Pioneers from the following companies will present: LanzaTech (NZ, US), Syngip (NL), Methanol Institute (NL), Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems Europe (DE), sunfire (DE), Electrochaea (DE), Bauhaus Luftfahrt (DE), ECN (NL), Fritz-Haber-Institut der Max-Planck-Gesellschaft (DE) and InfraServ Knapsack (DE).
