StormRoom features a Kevlar construction and complies with guidelines set out by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) for tornado shelters.

When installed correctly, the Kevlar sheathing built inside reinforced wall panels will protect people inside from high velocity projectiles such as debris ejected by a tornado and other wind borne debris.
