Sybron Dental to Acquire Spofa Dental

Sybron Dental, through their subsidiary Kerr Corp, have entered into an agreement to acquire Spofa Dental, a Czech based company. They are a significant player in the eastern European region.

Spofa manufacture dental consumables and non-metallic products for dentists and dental technicians. Such materials include impression materials, filling materials and artificial teeth.

The acquisition, will not only offer an increased product lineup for Sybron, but will also provide established sales channels for Sybron to push its wares, especially in areas where they have only limited penetration.
