Assoc for Iron and Steel Tech from AISE/ISS Merger

Following a survey of the members of the Association of Iron and Steel Engineers (AISE) and The Iron and Steel Society, the majority voted for the name "Association for Iron and Steel Technology" or AIST, should the merger of the two organisations go proceed.

The merger is to be voted on by members of the two entities in July, with the executive committees already having approved merger plans. With approval from members expected, initial officers have also been elected.
