Worthington/Viking Form Steel Joint Venture

Worthington Industries and Viking Industries have formed a joint venture that will be located in Ohio, USA.

Viking Industries will hold 51% of the joint venture, with Worthington Industries holding the balance. The joint venture will be known as Viking and Worthington Steel Enterprise.

The joint venture will operate the assets they purchased from Valley City Steel, who filed for bankruptcy in November 2002, with operations to commence immediately.
