Chemcraft Holdings of North Carolina (USA) have signed a letter of intent to acquire Polymer Solutions Inc of California, USA.
Under the agreement, Chemcraft will acquire 100% of the issued and outstanding stock in Polymer Solutions.
The transaction is subject to a number of conditions including the finalising of due diligence and the signing of a definitive agreement. Until the transaction is finalised or terminated Polymer Solutions will continue to conduct business as usual.
Polymer Solutions is a manufacturer of environmentally friendly water-based and low volatile organic compounds, solvent-based paints, wood coatings, stains, sealers and primers for wood products. They also manufacture water-based and low solvent-based industrial adhesives and coatings for glass, metal and concretes. These product lines will compliment Chemcraft’s existing products which include high performance environmentally industrial coatings.
