Tell us about the company and why you are attending ACHEMA 2018.
We are BOPP, a Swiss company with a sister company in Berlin, Germany. We manufacture stainless steel wire clothes for filtration, seething, and sizing. We also have screen and printing brands. We produce everything ourselves, through a workforce of about 400 employees.
We are here at ACHEMA because we are based in Germany. We also have offices in Europe - in Italy, Sweden, England; as well as offices in the United States and a sales office in China.
Which products are you highlighting today?
We are here to promote our filtration program. We are also here to introduce a new filtration mesh and our hydrophobic quarter mesh.
What makes your products unique?
What makes us unique is that we manufacture everything ourselves. Customers can come with their drawings or ideas and we produce them. We offer big or small-scale production, so customers can make various quantities of a new product. We also try to help the customer find the right solution for the product’s applications.
What are you hoping gain from ACHEMA 2018?
New contacts, new business, and new orders. We also hope to meet some of our current customers.
