High Accuracy Grinding with Robotic Automation
Insaco’s Hauser Jig Grinder allows for the best accuracy of all our Jig Grinders due to the orbiting of high speed tools embodied within the system. The Hauser also features internal automated tool changing which allows for increased efficiency, and less manpower intervention.
We have combined the Hauser with a Robotic System using pallets (shown here) which can keep the system running unattended. To ensure the integrity of the finished pieces the system also features a web-based monitor that allows operators to track performance remotely 24/7, and respond only when needed.
The monitor system has now been added to other vertical machining centers to likewise increase shop efficiencies.
