For the many scientists faced with removing solvents from their samples, Genevac has, by popular demand, relaunched its informative e-newsletter - Solvent Removal Online.

Each issue of the e-newsletter will include a question and answer forum, troubleshooting hints and tips and a feature on a technical innovation or applications advance in the area of solvent evaporation and concentration. Genevac are looking to publish the e-newsletter around 6 times per year.

Features in the new issue include 'Understanding your Condenser', 'Variable vacuum ramps - how they improve solvent recovery', 'Hints and tips on trapping very volatile solvents' and 'SampleGenie - a new technical innovation for concentration, drying or lyophilisation of large volume samples directly into a small vial'. The following issue of Solvent Removal Online will look at why temperature control is so important, and how to optimise its use.
