400 tonnes of scaffolding for the new shopping center at Limbecker Platz

The remodeling of downtown Essen is taking shape. After a good two years of construction work the first phase of the new Limbecker Platz Shopping Center in downtown Essen is complete. Used were 70,000 cubic meters of concrete, 7,000 tonnes of steel and almost 1,800 square meters of glass. A host of very dissimilar trades have during the past months populated the vast construction site. And one was there throughout in the persons of ThyssenKrupp Xervon's scaffolders.
