High Velocity Alternative Energy Corp. (PINKSHEETS: HVAE) announced today that the Company has acquired Reflectkote, Inc., a developer of reflective coatings application. The Company has acquired all the issued and outstanding shares of stock of Reflectkote, Inc. for shares of common stock of "HAVE" equal to approximately 16% of the total issued and outstanding common stock of High Velocity Alternative Energy Corp.
Bill Garroman, President of Reflectkote, Inc. has developed a reflective coating that can be applied to any surface and reflects light back like a mirror. Reflectkote is a permanently applied coating that does not come off in the manner that reflective tape can and does. Reflectkote coatings do not corrode and protect the surface applied to as well. Reflectkote is a plastic and glass combination prepared in a proprietary manner. The application can be done on site with various equipment manufactured by various vendors.
Mr. Garroman will become the Executive Vice-President of Sales and Marketing.
High Velocity Alternative Energy Corp. will be filing a Certificate of Amendment with the State of Nevada to amend its name to Reflectkote, Inc., and will apply to FINRA for a new symbol.
