China Linen Textile Industry, Ltd. (OTC Bulletin Board: CTXIF) ("China Linen" or the "Company"), a China-based company engaged in the production and sale of linen yarn and various types of linen fabric, today announced that it has signed contracts with three new customers in India and Turkey for supplying 650 tons of linen yarn.
Zhaorong Linen Textile Limited ("Zhaorong Linen") will produce 650 tons of linen yarn for China Linen. China Linen will provide raw materials such as linen fiber to Zhaorong Linen for use in the production of 650 tons of linen yarn.
Mr. Gao Ren, Chairman and President of China Linen, stated, "We are pleased to announce these new customer contracts. These contracts reflect the strong current demand for linen products. In general, our customers have increased their linen orders with us this year and our linen production facility is operating at 100% capacity. We are very pleased with this strong demand for our linen products and we will continue outsourcing linen yarn production when necessary to meet this significant customer demand."
