Sierra Desert Holdings is the New Name of Brazilian Mining

Sierra Desert Holdings Corporation (PINKSHEETS: BRZM), the company which was previously Brazilian Mining, filed the necessary paper work with FINRA to change its name to Sierra Desert Holdings which was approved.

The company believed a name change was in order to reflect the departure from the mining sector. Sierra Desert Holdings will seek out additional companies to add to their portfolio. Currently, the Company is working with Terrax Inc., which is now a subsidiary of Sierra Desert Holdings. Terrax, founded in 2000, is a solutions integrator of image data and hyperspectral imaging to provide real time detection and alert systems for commercial security and civilian applications.
