The XIAMETER® brand from Dow Corning recently launched a “bundle” program for sealant manufacturers around the world.
Customers can purchase the standard silicones their businesses require, and get the best deal, when they order a combination of polymers, fluids and silanes from the XIAMETER® bundle program.
“Sealant manufacturers now can benefit from the convenience of buying everything they need from a single supplier in a single package,” said Duane Govitz, global product market manager. “They get the security of knowing their bundle of products will be available when and where they need it.”
Products include:
- Base polymers and polymers with crosslinkable silanol functionality
- Polydimethylsiloxane fluid for plasticizing
- Silanes for use as adhesion promoters, moisture scavengers, coupling agents and crosslinkers
- Fully formulated sealants
