Laser and Digital Camera Sensor Provides Real Time Dimensional Quality Control

Based on the Bytewise Profile360 laser system that measures the geometry of extruded profiles, Crosscheck uses a high resolution, two dimensional digital camera sensor and a laser to read a profile surface and provide real-time shape measurements for process control, part inspection, robotic guidance and shape checking.

The easy to use Crosscheck "shape tools" measure radius/ diameter, height, width, angle and location, while the Master Profile feature compares the actual profile shapes to profile limits and tolerances providing pass/fail criteria.

A unique software "auto-anchor" feature keeps "Shape Tools" and the profile display stable, even when the part is vibrating or moving from scan to scan.

Crosscheck provides an affordable system suitable for measuring components up to 300 mm high by 250 mm wide.
