Introduction

Magnesium is the fourth most common element in the Earth as a whole, and makes up 13% of the Earth’s mass. It is the third most commonly used structural metal, after iron and aluminium.

Magnesium alloys are known to be light in weight, and possess low density, good high temperature mechanical properties, and good to excellent corrosion resistance

Magnesium AZ91E-F alloy is a cast alloy type. The following datasheet gives an overview of magnesium AZ91E-F alloy.
