Nordson has acquired Sealant Equipment & Engineering, a Plymouth, Michigan-based company specializing in the production of meter, mix and dispense equipment and valves for dispensing 1-part, 2-part and 3-part sealant, adhesive and lubricating materials. Terms of the deal were not revealed.
