SSL International to Sell Wound Management Business to Medlock Medical

SSL International have agreed to sell their wound management business to Medlock Medical Ltd for £55 million.

The sale includes a production facility in Oldham and a warehouse in North Manchester in the UK. Assets included in the sale are worth £22 million and 224 employees will be transferred across to Medlock.

The sale of this business is the second of four planned divestments for SSL International.
