Gurit Acquire Structural Foams Company

Gurit, a leading developer and manufacturer of high-end composite materials and technologies, is in the process of acquiring certain assets in a company specialising in structural foam products in Tsingdao, China.

The intended low-single digit CHF million transaction is subject to Chinese registration and currently expected to be closed in September. Gurit will report further details upon closing.
