DuPont Poland last month acquired Pol-sver Lakiery Proszkowe, located in £odz, Poland. For more than a decade, Pol-sver has been a distributor of DuPont Powder Coatings and today is the leading importer in the Polish market.
"The acquisition of Pol-sver is a significant step in our efforts to strengthen our leading position in Central and Eastern Europe," said Björn Wagner, business manager – Scandinavia and Eastern Europe. "Poland today is the biggest powder coatings market in that part of Europe and will play an even more strategic role in the future through the recent EU expansion".
In addition to distributing a full range of powder coatings, Pols-Sver offers enhanced technical and application support. They also run the unique Powder Coating Academy (PCA) program, which gives powder coatings users comprehensive theoretical and practical training.
