Dow Corning® MQ-1640 Flake Resin is a unique blend of two silicone resins in flake form that creates a breathable, water repellent film, setting a new standard in long-lasting benefits. In color cosmetics, the new resin helps enhance color intensity and shine, and can potentially improve SPF in sunscreens.
