Bourque Industries Demonstrates Test Results of Kryron Terminator Armor

Bourque Industries, an exclusive distributor of Kryron-based technologies, announced that its new Kryron-made armor had demonstrated exceptional ballistic protection and showed a major enhancement over the previous test results.

The lightweight Kryron armor plate has defeated a number of .50 caliber piercing rounds. Based on the request of a military agency, the tests were conducted on Kryron armor at an unspecified military installation.

The company described the enhanced protection and excellent multi-impact capability of its Kryron Terminator personal body armor. The armor was shot several times with .30 caliber and .50 caliber AP ammunition and there was no spall, shatter, ricochet or penetration. The Kryron Terminator lightweight armor plate also sustained many firing rounds of 9 mm machine gun and showed no damage.

Bourque Industries also demonstrated the lightweight, multi-impact armor protection for US military aircraft and US military tactical vehicles. The tests confirmed that Kryron is an excellent ballistic armor material and is an ideal choice to protect warfighters on sea, air and land.
