Ambrell to Discuss Latest Induction Solutions at Heat Treat 2011

Ameritherm, an Ambrell company and a leading manufacturer of induction heating systems, will exhibit at Heat Treat 2011, November 1 - November 2 at the Duke Energy Convention Center in Cincinnati, OH. At booth 1828, representatives will discuss the latest induction heating solutions for heat treating.

Ambrell's wide array of induction heating solutions will be highlighted - from the small, versatile EASYHEAT systems to the powerful EKOHEAT systems. The EKOHEAT line was recently expanded and more powerful heating systems were introduced. With full scale output power ranging from 1.2 kW to 800 kW and frequencies ranging 1 kHz to 400 kHz, Ambrell has a solution for a vast range of heat treating applications and they can be seamlessly integrated into heat treating processes.

There are many benefits to induction heating when compared to other traditional heating methods, including repeatability, energy savings, speed, and clean, flameless heating. Ambrell's heating systems are CE-marked and ISO 9001:2008 certified. Ambrell has also partnered with Induction Tooling, Inc. (ITI), a heat treating process supplier, and NuTek Industrial Systems, an automation specialist, to form the Ambrell Hardening Group. This enables Ambrell clients to develop a superior process through a single point of contact. Testing in Ambrell's Applications Lab is available to ensure clients get systems that meet the unique needs of their heat treating applications.

"We're looking forward to Heat Treat 2011," says Ambrell Director of Sales Tom Dickerson. "Our EKOHEAT solutions have been particularly popular among heat treating organizations. We're looking forward to helping more organizations leverage the superior solutions that Ambrell and the Ambrell Hardening Group can offer."
