Microspy Mobile: Ready for Use Whenever You Need it

More Flexibility Due to Compact Design and Safe Transport in a Roller Case

No matter if the machine is big, the car interior is difficult to reach, the roller is fixed or the glass pane is very large and bulky: If measurements have to be taken "on site", the MicroSpy® Mobile is used as a compact and portable measuring tool. Within a few minutes, the 3D measuring system, which weights only five kilograms, is ready for use on site at the object.

For the MicroSpy® Mobile, the fixed construction of the x,y tables with granite base has been replaced by a microscope table with center opening. Through this opening, the sensor is approached with high precision to the surface to be measured. The sample remains fixed while the sensor measures profiles or areas optically, non-contact and non-destructively. The unit is mounted on a mobile rack, which also carries the electronics. Thanks to carrying handles and adjustable support feet, the MicroSpy® Mobile is ready for operation on site within minutes. The MicroSpy® Mobile is supplied with a portable workstation. Equipped with a laptop and controller, the compact surface measuring tool weighs less than five kilograms and makes measurements easy and user-friendly.

Safe Transport in a Roller Case

New and specially designed for the MicroSpy® Mobile is a high-quality roller case. It ensures the safe transport of all components of the 3D measuring system as well as a fast and flexible readiness for operation in the production hall. 

Topography of 3D structures, roughness, wear, bearing ratio, dimensions, layer thickness and other important characteristics of surfaces cannot be measured and evaluated more flexible than with the mobile measuring tool from the MicroSpy® series. In order to meet the different measurement requirements of surfaces in different industrial sectors, the system can be equipped with different types of optical topography and film thickness sensors. In addition to point, profile and area measurements, the mobile surface measuring tool also convinces with its simple operation and the numerous analysis options. The MicroSpy® Mobile contains the same technology as our established multi-sensor surface measuring system and works with the powerful and easy-to-use FRT software packages Mark III and Acquire.
