Ferro Co-Operating with AntiTrust Investigation

Ferro Corp have announced that they are assisting the Department of Justice with their investigations into possible antitrust violations. The investigations centre around the heat stabiliser industry.

To this end, the government investigators had requested documents last month. Ferro do not believe that they have any thing to fear and do not think they have violated any antitrust laws.

Products that Ferro produces that fall into this category include porcelain enamels used in ovens and bathroom sinks.
