New Aluminium Casting Facility for Toyota Subsidiary

Bodine Aluminium, a subsidiary of Toyota Motor Company has announced that will build a $124 million aluminium factory in Tennesee, USA.

The plant will produce aluminium engine blocks for the company’s North American engine plants.

The plant is scheduled to be in production in late 2005, with construction to begin later this year. The plant will employ 200 staff.
