DuPont Begin Talks to Sell DuPont Textiles & Interiors

As of February 1st, DuPont Textiles and Interiors (DTI) became a wholly owned subsidiary of DuPont, making it a separate entity. DuPont have been looking at their options for separating it from the rest of the company, including making an initial public offering (IPO).

It was announced yesterday, that DuPont have begun negotiations with a third party for the sale of DTI. Due to the preliminary nature of the negotiations, no details have been released.
