Commercial Metals Corp have acquired the operating assets of Dunn Del Re Steel, located in Arizona, USA. Dunn Del Re will keep its name and operate as a part of the CMC Steel Group.

Dunn Del Re was founded in 1970 and produces the reinforcing bar and structural steel fabrications for the construction industry.

Commercial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
