Can you please tell me about FORECAST 3D and why you're exhibiting at MPE today?
We are a 3D printing and manufacture service provider. We have nine technologies, we print all kinds of plastics, metals, rubbery materials, anything from one-off prototypes all the way to short run of urethane cast parts, even high volume production.
We are showcasing our newest technology, Multi-Jet Fusion by HP. We now have 18 of those machines and they are extremely fast, so we have got the capacity of hundreds of thousands of parts really fast in actual production and use parts.
What else sets you aside from any competition in your area?
We have everything under one roof. So, we don't sub out anything except for plating, so we are pretty much a one stop shop for design engineers and those who are in product development.
We have been around a long time so we have a lot of experience. We have leads that have been there for 25+ years so we have a wealth of experience behind us.
Being a private company, we don't have to answer to higher authorities and different industry segments. We are our own company so there are a lot of benefits that come with that as well.
Our casting department is another thing that sets us apart. We have competitors and they may do one material in house, sub another one out. They may have capacity issues and they will sub out volume to somebody else whereas we can do it all under one roof. And again, it's our quality that makes people come back to us for cast urethanes.
A lot of companies can print, but not everybody can do great castings.
