Fabrication

Welding

UNS C99750 copper alloy can be welded using brazing, soldering, and gas shielded arc welding techniques. Oxyacetylene welding, coated metal arc welding, and carbon arc welding methods are not used for welding this alloy.

Heat Treatment

UNS C99750 copper alloy can be stress relieved at a temperature of about 260°C (500°F). The time taken for stress relieving is 1 h/in. of section thickness. It does not respond to heat treatment.
