India’s Reliance Complete Acquisition of Trevira

The European Commission has approved the acquisition of Trevira Group by Reliance Industries (India) from Deutsche Bank AG. After completion of all formalities regarding this transaction, the ownership was transferred to Reliance on 11 August 2004.

Trevira is now a Reliance Group Company.
