Corus Panels and Profiles Switch to Automated Telephone System

Corus Panels and Profiles is now operating successfully from its new business location in Shotton, alongside Corus Colors, manufacturer of Colorcoat.

From Monday 23rd November we will switch to a fully automated telephone system designed to help us deal with your call more efficiently, ensuring that you speak to the right person, first time. For maximum flexibility, you can elect to either navigate the menu options to be directed to the most appropriate department, or you can simply dial an extension number and be rapidly routed to your chosen contact.

Our launch will unveil our second structural change, designed to build our new business around the needs of our customers: the creation of a new Supply Chain Team. Responsible for the end-to-end management of all customer orders, the team will handle, process, plan and coordinate the delivery of your full order requirements. In addition, the team will deal with any after-sales needs you have, from complaint resolution to processing you warranty applications. At the heart of this team is a new Customer Service Department, whose primary role is to make the customer's experience with Corus Panels and Profiles as easy as possible.
