Inprinta has announced the new Microcap - a moulded disposable filter capsule incorporating binary filtration technology, designed specifically for the inkjet filter industry.
The new Microcap inkjet filter capsule extends the capabilities of previous generation products with new features that deliver unmatched high efficiency ink filtration, longer operational life and reliability. Integrated binary filtration technology provides a secondary level of protection through innovative design and the utilization of BioVyonTM as a central column filter. BioVyonTM, a co-sintered solid-state separation material, is manufactured from an ultra-pure, highly modified polymeric material with the lowest levels of particulates and extractables.
Microcap capsules are self contained, ready to use, disposable devices. The filter is constructed with natural or opaque black housing and available with a wide range of interchangeable connectors to suit different systems. The new Microcap inkjet filter capsules provide consistent, reliable printing performance with maximised print head protection.
Inprinta filters, inks and spare parts are fully compatible with all the major Coding and Marking OEMs, including: Videojet, Willett, Domino, Linx, and Imaje.
