White Bear Glass Becomes Licensee for Diamon-Fusion International

White Bear Glass, a leading installer of residential and commercial glass applications for over 33 years in the Minneapolis/St. Paul market, announced it has become a Midwest licensee for Diamon-Fusion International, Inc., a manufacturer of patented coating products developed to restore, protect and maintain silicone-based surfaces such as glass, granite, tile, porcelain and quartz.

“We are extremely pleased to be a Midwest licensee for Diamon-Fusion International, Inc.,” said White Bear Glass president, Jeff Meyer. “Their award-winning, proven coatings are perfect green solutions to commercial and residential situations where undesirable water spots cause extra labor costs and compromise the beauty of the existing architecture.”

Diamon-Fusion® is a process of imbedding a “diamond-like”, semi-permanent water repellent barrier material into the microscopic ridges and valleys present in most silica based building materials. This hydrophobic property makes water act like mercury, beading up and sliding off the surface, extending the life of the treated material.

An application of Diamon-Fusion® reduces housekeeping maintenance time on mirrors, shower glass, toilets and other surfaces in hotels by as much as 90 percent, while eliminating exposure to harsh cleaners to staff and environment. Calcium and minerals deposits clean off easily. Glass is made resistant to cracks, chips and scratches with Diamon-Fusion while reducing early repair or replacement due to premature weathering.

Truck fleets, buses, taxis, boats and personal vehicles around the world realize better vision in rain with an application of Diamon-Fusion®.
