Something Better Co. is pleased to announce that they are now offering a new program that will cover in-depth instruction covering wall siding and panels. This course instructs students in creating panels for less than $11 per 12 SQ ft. panel.
According to Bryan Gauthier, owner and entrepreneur, this allows for a potential profit of $169 to $373 profit for each panel installed.
This comprehensive wall siding program also includes the entire collection of SBC training courses on a series of DVDs. This program even comes with a full three year membership that is arguably worth the entire cost of the program by itself. This membership includes full time product development advice from Bryan. In addition, the course provides certain supplies including two 55 gallon drums of urethane mold making material and a master mold that can add up to nine additional patterns.
This program is a three phase course that will lead the student into becoming a contractor, distributor, and ultimately a state rep of Something Better Co. Students will learn the specific GFRC material mix to produce the panels, sister molds, and how to install them in residential as well as commercial structures. Phase I provides the criteria for becoming an SBC contractor with exclusive territory rights. A variety of supplies are included.
Phase II includes the criteria for becoming a contracting distributor. The program offers a 95 percent commission rate, free advertising, and significant discounts on certain SBC products. Finally, the program culminates on phase III which offers the ability to sell Phase I to contractors in their state. No fees are due for the panels and 100 percent of the profit from panel sales is offered if they are not currently assigned to another distributor. There are certain requirements that must be fulfilled for each phase.
In order to make the cost of the program more flexible the company is offering its own financing with no third party involved. In order to help the student keep competition to a minimum, Bryan is offering exclusive rights in certain qualifying cities/geographic locations. These exclusive rights cover only the new wall panels course, not the additional materials offered.
