Provider of custom die cutting services, Interstate Specialty Products, has launched a rotary die cutting service for mass production of accurate plastic components from a wide range of flexible and stiff foam materials.
Rotary Die Cut Parts
The rotary die cut components have tolerances of up to ±0.005" based on the type of materials. The parts can be kiss cut with multiple laminations, adhesive lamination and zoned adhesives. The rotary die cut components are available on rolls for manual or machine applications.
Membranes, filters, RFI/EMI shields, insulators, conductors, seals, gaskets constitute the rotary die cut parts. They are manufactured in mid to high production quantities. Patented OEM customer supplied materials, Volara, foam sponge, felt, nonwovens, Poron, Nomex, Kapton, polyethylene, PTFE membranes and Mylar are some of the materials used for the production of precision plastic components.
Interstate Specialty prices the rotary die cut components based on customer needs and configuration. The company also provides engineering and design services.
