Southern Titanium Sales Agreement with DCM

DCM DECOmetal International Trading GmbH (DCM) and Southern Titanium NL have completed a Sales Agreement covering 100 percent of planned zircon, rutile, leucoxene and ilmenite production from the Mindarie Project in South Australia.

The Sales Agreement was executed in Fuerstenfeld, Austria, the headquarters of DCM. An invitation to join the Southern Titanium Board has been extended to Mr Stephen Hunt, Director DCM Australia.

The deal was completed during a recent European marketing trip, and attendance at the Technargilla Ceramics Fair, Rimini by DCM and Southern Titanium executives.

The agreement was also significant in that it confirmed acceptance of Mindarie products, in particular the ‘super’ premium zircon.

John Branson, Chairman of Southern Titanium stated, "The Sales Agreement takes the Mindarie Project status one step closer to fruition."
