The company decided to launch a new range of nitrogen generators especially designed for the international laboratory market, for applications such as LC/MS & GC. The range is called “NC LC/MS VI”. All of our products (not only the new range) use PSA technology (Pressure Swing Adsorption) to produce nitrogen gas. Unlike generators using membrane technology, the purity does not decrease over time.
We engineered two models:
- NC LC/MS C: with integrated air compressor
- NC LC/MS R: powered by an existing air supply
When it comes to the capacities produced by the range, Nitrocraft wants to highlight the nitrogen generator with integrated air compressor which can reach flow rates up to 70 L/min. The range covers a wide scope of purities ranging from 97% to 99,9997%.
For the record, Nitrocraft is a subsidiary of Air Liquide Group. It implies we can rely on the network of a leader in the gas industry, to promote our products in the world. Our presence in the laboratory market is nothing new; Nitrocraft has been manufacturing gas generators for 20 years. Given the constant evolution of analyzers used in laboratories, the company decided to upgrade in order to be more competitive on the international market.
All of our generators are manufactured in Nitrocraft’s production warehouse in Herbignac (France). Nitrocraft does not offer “packaged offers”; each client is a different case of study for whom we create tailor made solutions.
In terms of opportunities Nitrocraft wants to create itself a place in the international laboratory market.
Since 1996, Nitrocraft is specialized in designing, manufacturing, selling and servicing gas generators on site. The know-how gained in CMS technology allows to develop a large range of innovative products suitable for laboratory, industry and winemaker. The company became an affiliate of Air Liquide group in 2003.
In 2015, Nitrocraft is a human structure operating with industrial methods with the support of the Air Liquide staff, world leader in industrial gases (research and development, risk management).
