Process Allows Extended Sizing for Wood Beams
The Woodland line of faux wood beams is manufactured through a labor-intensive process that miters durable, lightweight polyurethane into u-shaped beams with an appealing natural look. Since one-piece U-shaped molds are not used, more than 70 sizes are available, from 4" x 6" x 16' to 18" x 16" x 16'. This makes buying for a project simple and convenient.
The beams are available unfinished (ready for painting or staining by you) or prefinished in a walnut stain. To achieve the look of a solid timber, end caps are also available as an option for all of the beams.
