Please tell us about the company and the work you do?
We are the oldest manufacturer of precision balances in Europe, maybe in the world. We are a family business, this means around a hundred twenty employees working here, doing worldwide business, with dealers. We never work with the vendors directly, we only work with dealers worldwide.
Additionally, we have a full range of medical scales for doctors and hospitals, rehabilitation, anything in their market. We started another business three years ago, have been quite successful so far. Then, we have a daughter company which is called "Salter". I would say one of the strengths that we have is the delivery time. We built up a new logistics center, three years ago. Where we supply all product from stock. We have the stock and they can order from our stock and they deliver directly to the industrial line. It is very easy business. One of the biggest strengths we have, I would say is we offer fast delivery time and I would say at a really interesting price. Our prices are very reasonable.
Are there any specific products you are show casing her at ACHEMA?
We have some new products that we released for example touch screens.We have 1000 touch screens which is very modern, which is for industry's 4.0. There is a lot of data interfaces where they can bring all the data directly in the system via Bluetooth, Wifi, so that's how to bring some balance in an IT system. These are the new products that are actually launching in Hindsime.
There is a new product in our own company which is only responsible for the optical. It's a big range of all kinds of microscopes and entry factor meters. This is a very young flower in our range, but quite successful
Who are you targeting with the optical range?
The same partners, not because we are not targeting the hospital, we are not targeting the laboratory. We are not targeting mass producers, we are targeting the dealers in this range. So we are working with the big dealers supplying to industrial applicants. We are working with big dealers for hospitals and for doctors.
