Please tell us a bit about the company and why you are at ACHEMA this week.
We are Endicotts Limited. We are a U.K. based company in London.
We manufacture laboratory test sieves and laboratory test sieve shakers. We've been around for 80 years, and we are one of the best quality sieve companies in the laboratory market.
What are you hoping to get out of ACHEMA this week?
It's two or three things, really. One, is we meet with our regular distributors, so the ones that sell our products for us around the world. Our distributors can come from Australia, the Middle East, the Far East, South America, America, and we meet quite a lot here at ACHEMA.
It’s really an important meeting for us because we are there, they are there and we get to show our product to them. We discuss business opportunities and the future.
We're also interested in new business of course. We can find new distributors, which we've done this time. We can also occasionally meet end users - the people that are actually going to be using our sieves. They come to our stand, we can explain our products and then we can direct them to our sales network around the world.
Is there a particular product or range that you are showcasing?
We only do sieves and sieve shakers and we have our whole range here. That’s what we do in most exhibitions. We show more or less everything we've got.
What makes your products unique in the market?
It's probably the quality. I think if you ask people who know our company or who know the particle size or the sieving industry, when you mention Endicotts it's almost synonymous with quality.
