Good high temperature performance UL continuous rating of 150°C (300°F).  Transparent. Good high frequency electrical properties.  Good resistance to ionising radiation.  Resistant to hydrolysis.

Disadvantages

Susceptible to stress cracking in certain solvents.  Poor tracking resistance.  Poor weathering properties.
