EP31ND: Structural Adhesive with High Strength Bonding Properties

Two component EP31ND is a room temperature curing epoxy with a paste consistency for high performance structural bonding applications featuring lap shear strengths of 4,000-4,200 psi and T-peel strength exceeding 50 pli. The service temperature range of EP31ND is -60 to +250 °F [-51 °C to +121 °C]. It combines low shrinkage upon cure along with excellent resistance to many chemicals including oil and fuels. EP31ND has excellent adhesion to a wide variety of substrates such as metals, composites, glass, rubber, ceramics and many plastics. The cured adhesive is a superb electrical insulator.
